Beyond the Possible

Debi Benedetti founded Beyond the Possible with the intention of assisting executives and potential executives in the hospitality, foodservice and retail industries. Through her programs, clients explore unrealized goals, gain clarity, and create personal strategic plans to bring their performance to the next level. Her rich enthusiasm, knowledge, and experience spans over 30 years in the hospitality industry.

As a founding corporate officer of Bon Appetit Management Company and at various positions in Saga and Marriott Corporations, Debi served such clients as Oracle, HP, Stanford University, University of Pennsylvania, The Getty Center, and Pac Bell Park. She is an adjunct professor at The Culinary Institute of America and has served on several Boards.

Debi has been recognized for her contributions by IFMA, being presented The Silver Plate Award, by being named a Conti Professor at Penn State University, by being selected to be a Hennessey Traveler for the United States Air Force, was named Woman of the Year  by The Roundtable for Women in Foodservice, and received the lifetime achievement award from SFM. Debi was also named A Conrad Hilton Distinguished Lecturer at San Diego State University.
