Ryan Shadrick Wilson
Chief Strategy Officer and General Counsel, Partnership for a Healthier America
Ryan Shadrick Wilson is chief strategy officer and general counsel at Partnership for a Healthier America, working with corporate executives, celebrities, health experts, government officials, and PHA’s leadership—including Honorary Chair Michelle Obama—to improve health in all communities and tackle childhood obesity. Shadrick Wilson and her team have garnered commitments from more than 150 private-sector partners across a range of industries, including Mercedes-Benz USA, Wal-Mart, Nike, Reebok, and Subway. Prior to joining PHA, she counseled large food and agriculture companies and their trade associations on a range of issues at the international law firm Hogan Lovells. While at the firm, Shadrick Wilson also maintained a pro bono practice, handling civil rights, political asylum, and death penalty cases. She serves on numerous boards. She earned a bachelor’s degree from Princeton University and a JD from Harvard Law School.
