As a mentor, you’ll play a key role in fostering insight, inspiring ideas, and expanding growth opportunities for aspiring food industry leaders. We ask that mentors commit to: 1) A minimum of four 30 minute mentoring sessions per month using the FBS 1:1 digital mentorship platform. 2) A brief orientation session this summer. 3) Treat mentoring as a relationship of care and support. The focus of the network is not transactional and consultative.
