Course: Culinary Strategy and Food Systems Innovation.
Tiffany Poe has established herself as a pioneer in culinary operations, education, and hospitality leadership for over two decades. A Certified Executive Chef, Hospitality Educator, Master Coach, and consultant, she has trained more than 10,000 students and professionals through her work as an instructor, entrepreneur, curriculum developer, and now AI consultant.
Tiffany is an honors graduate of the Culinary Institute of America, Oklahoma State University, and Le Cordon Bleu Australia, where she studied Gastronomic Tourism and Neuro-Education. She holds advanced AI certifications from Vanderbilt University and the Blockchain Council. She specializes in helping chefs and hospitality professionals integrate augmented intelligence into their creative and operational workflows.
A James Beard and IACP Scholar and recipient of the American Culinary Federation Presidential Medallion for Industry Excellence, Chef Poe has launched award-winning programs, opened a $30 million hospitality facility, and led many national culinary training initiatives. Her work with Food Network, USDA, and other national brands has given her insights into many areas of the industry. Today, as a Certified Master Life and Professional Coach, she is passionate about equipping the next generation of culinary innovators to thrive at the intersection of food, technology, and education.
