Rachel Porges is a passionate marketer, brand strategist, and CPG GM, having spent nearly 20 years distilling business context and brand truths into strategies, plans, and executions that drive top line sales. She is chief innovation & brand development officer at Nom Nom, part of Mars Petcare, where she leads marketing, sales, innovation, creative, and portfolio development, and serves as a brand and consumer strategy advisor to Melitas Ventures, a CPG focused early-stage VC firm in New York City. She was formerly CMO at Levain Bakery, vice president of sales & marketing at JSX (semi-private aviation), and head of marketing at Kriser’s Natural Pet, and spent her early years in brand roles at Neutrogena and Unilever, including work on several food brands. She has led diverse businesses, launching and renovating brands from $500K to $1B across the retail, personal care, food, travel and tourism, and pet sectors. Rachel holds an MBA from Wharton and a BS from Boston University.
