Course: Spirits, Fermented, and Non-Alcoholic Beverages.
Michael Wolf is an associate professor at CIA specializing in beverages in the college’s hospitality and service management programs.
Michael’s professional background includes general manager roles at Spruce Park City in Park City, UT; Pinot Blanc in St. Helena, CA; and Betelnut in San Francisco, CA. He was also co-owner and managing partner for 38 Central in Medford, OR. He held a number of other leadership positions in Northern California Wine Country, such as director of operations for Market in St. Helena, as well as visitors center manager at Domaine Carneros Winery, managing partner and manager at Mustards Grill and Miramonte, and manager of Cindy’s Backstreet Kitchen, all in Napa.
He holds a bachelor of arts degree from California State University in Sacramento.
