Jen Paragallo

Jen Paragallo is an experienced marketer with a passion for building and scaling challenger brands and solving meaningful consumer problems through smart innovation. She started her career as a management consultant at Bain & Company and has since gone on to hold sales and marketing leadership roles at several CPG brands.
She is currently an operating partner at Insignia Capital and executive vice president of sales and marketing at one of its portfolio companies, Tillamook Country Smoker, producer of premium protein-packed meat snacks, hand-crafted in Oregon since 1975, and a top five player in the meat snacks category. Ms. Paragallo was formerly vice president of marketing for Fishpeople Seafood, a pure, wild, and sustainable seafood B Corp, focused on enabling consumers to get to know their seafood through product traceability from pole to plate. Prior to that, as brand director, then senior brand director, she was a founding member of the team that envisioned, built, and launched Revolution Food’s CPG business unit from an idea to a multi-million-dollar business. In that role she was responsible for brand positioning, consumer target definition, and optimized food and packaging design for the first natural alternative to Lunchables.
Jen holds an MBA from Stanford University Graduate School of Business, and a BS in marketing and international business from Georgetown University. She makes her home in Lake Oswego, OR with her husband Brad, their two children Maya and Austin and an imaginary pug.
