Elizabeth Moskow is an internationally recognized food futurist, trendologist, and culinary innovator, renowned for shaping how the world understands the future of food. With over 25 years of experience spanning culinary arts, product development, brand strategy, and business innovation, she combines creative vision with deep expertise in food science, nutrition, and consumer behavior.
A graduate of the Culinary Institute of America and Florida International University, Liz has led innovation and strategic initiatives for global brands including Hershey’s, Nestlé, Kraft-Heinz, Mondelez, and McDonald’s. As founder of Bread & Circus consultancy, she partners with industry leaders to translate emerging technologies, sustainability imperatives, and scientific advances into actionable strategies that drive growth and transformation.
Liz’s work has also extended into the startup world, where she has applied her knowledge of nutrition science, ingredient functionality, and macro- and micro-nutrient trends to develop solutions supporting health, wellness, and the resilience of future food systems.
A sought-after keynote speaker and thought leader, Liz has been featured in The Wall Street Journal, The Washington Post, USA Today, and Forbes, and delivered the keynote address at the 2024 National Restaurant Association Show on the future of food.
