Leigh Orleans is an alum of CIA’s master’s in Wine and Beverage Management program. While building a career as a private chef—and competing on Season 22 of Hell’s Kitchen: The American Dream—Leigh decided to pursue her master’s degree in wine to take her career even further.
During a social media takeover, Leigh took us through a day in the life of a CIA master’s student. She shared details and content from the Napa Valley residencies, program curriculum, and gave us a close-up look at the wine tasting kits provided for at-home learning.
