Course: Sustainability and Climate Change.
After two decades applying a sustainability lens to food procurement decision-making, Helene is writing a book for students and managers to understand the values, goals, and mechanics of supply chain and sustainability work. She believes that managers in private, nonprofit, and public institutions can change the food system and achieve financial success by creating values-based supply chains and that this method is the only strategy that will be successful in the long term. Her book will provide case studies and a framework for working together based on insights gained as a supply chain executive, teacher, coach, and storyteller of others’ successes.
