A 2000 CIA graduate, Dustin Rogge has been a professor of hospitality management at CIA’s Greystone campus in California for the last 12+ years. Along with his teaching duties there, he served as a Hospitality and Business Management team leader, opened the Bakery Café for baking and pastry students, and created the concept overview, operating budget, and pre-opening timeline for the Gatehouse Restaurant.

Dustin also owns Trailhead Vans in Santa Rosa, CA and is co-founder of CMD Hospitality Consulting in San Francisco, CA. Previous experience includes general manager at Waterbar and manager of Farallon Restaurant, both in San Francisco, and general manager at the grill & the fig in Sonoma, CA.

In addition to bachelor’s and associate degrees from CIA, Dustin has an MBA from Sonoma State University in Rohnert Park, CA and holds a Higher Wine Certificate from The Wine and Spirit Education Trust in Boston, MA.
